Job Description

Manage assigned workflows to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices. Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy. Perform three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order to goods receipt to invoice. Understand and apply tax plans appropriately to the processing of vendor invoices for multiple project locations. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; understand core business and promote a sense of urgency toward business critical issues. Follow processes, procedures, and internal controls. Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department. Reliable and consistent attendance is required.

Location: Omaha, NE. The team is a mix of ages and experience levels, open-minded, and embraces change. Onsite work is required for the first 90 days, after which a hybrid work schedule with 2 days at home is available. Hours are any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm, with most of the team working 7-3:30 with a 30-minute lunch. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, 20 days of PTO in the first year, 8 paid holidays, a 401k match at 6%, and additional 401k contributions up to 4% based on company performance. Benefits coverage starts on day one of employment. The company contributes up to 10% of your salary into your 401k for retirement. The average spend on training and development is $80M annually, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year is available. The workplace includes an onsite Starbucks.
