Answer and screens telephone calls & e-mails in a friendly and professional manner.
Proactively assist in addressing customer service issues.
Update support documents for Quality Control Center.
Provide administrative support for the Quality Control Center team (mailing, copying, filing, faxing and other administrative duties).
Order and monitor office supplies.
Support supervisor and team with general accounting, and other duties as needed.
Very Customer Service oriented
Responsible for recording all expenses and reconciling the general ledger.
