Position Summary

The AP Coordinator is a critical member of the AP team with a global leader working with the team in the United States, but not working US hours. This high-visibility role will work with key stakeholders within IT and vendors to assist with invoice coding, vendor payment questions and ad-hoc analysis in support of Regal Rexnord’s continued growth in the IT Corporate Department. Successful candidates will be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization to deliver invoicing processing results.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration1-2+ years of accounts payable experience.High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Experience in Microsoft Excel and TEAMs.Solid customer service skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills required.The ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer service both internally and externally.Managing a central IT email inbox as well as downloading monthly invoices from third-party vendor systems for processing.Maintain vendor relationships, verify invoices are accurate and remedy the invoices with the vendors.Determining the coding for the invoice from an Excel spreadsheet, IT Director approver, and the vendor number.Investigate if the vendor is set up in ERP systems and payment terms.Recording all IT invoices, credit memos and then processing in our AP system for the business to validate and approve the invoice for payment.Maintain vendor relationships, verify vendor statements, payment timing, and resolving any invoice issues to ensure payments are posted to the GL and paid to the vendor in a timely manner.Ad-hoc reporting such as historical invoice details, reporting on invoices waiting to be approved, etc.
