The job consists in supporting all the Global Technology organizations - Global Material Science, TP&S, Global Innovation Technology, as well as Global Manufacturing in all cure related items. The associate will be knowledgeable in tire curing process in order to assign curing cycles and will support IATF requirements. He will know the impact of upstream process (tire building) on tire curing and will provide recommendations, to deliver the expected product perfromance requirements. He will be knowledgeable on current curing equipment and familiar with curing tools - CMS and GCMS. Responsibilities 1 Support of AP plants about tire curing : Provide recommendations for thermocouple analysis and blow point studies for experimental tires builds Participate in state of cure aduit for plant cure level upgrade Specific problem solving 2 Provide global support to the AP plants about cure related items : Actively participate in implementation of Global Cure Monitoring System and communicate globally the progress and forward plans Be voice for the cure council 3 Support Development teams (Product Development, Tire Performance Science, Global Material Science) about cure process: Be actively involved in the cure related technology creation programs Adress and communicate cure related items to Product Development organization Be involved and improve process related issue 4 Compounding related Working on compounding projects related to a BCC Provide cure recommendations for compound engineer Requirements 1 Bachelor degree or above in rubber Engineering, Material Science, or related. 2 Meet at least one experience requirement as below:
1. ) Minimum 1-3 years experience in RDE&Q cure related items
2. ) Masters degree with graduation project experience on rubber, or compound development or compound processing. 3 Good English skills, good communication skills.
4 Fundations on mathematics and statistics.
