As a Data Steward at Lenovo, you are responsible for providing customer related support to customers on our D365 and MDM platform, supporting customer service by End Customers and Channel Partners, responsible for all support related to our customer relationship management platform. Contribute to on-going cleansing and maintenance of customer data by driving data entry standards for formatting, completeness, and accuracy for attributes within the customer and product master. Provide day-to-day support to cross-functional internal and external customers as related to customer accounts which includes legal entities, locations and contacts data elements and attributes.
Responsible for ongoing data quality initiatives such as research, match/merging and various aspects of data cleansing to remediate issues identified.
Main Responsibility:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in English, Japanese is a plus.
2.New Account & customer ID(MDM ID and DMU) creation within SLA.
3. Account cross segment, sales rep assignment management.
4. Quarterly account change management.
5. Customer data validation, duplication check and data cleansing.
Position Requirements:
1.At least 3 years of working experience, familiar with Outlook and Excel.
2.Proficient in English, strong & empathetic verbal and written communication skills
3.Good understanding and learning capability.
4.Customer Data management working experience would be an advantage.
5.Requires a good sense of service and the ability to solve complex things, good resistance to stress and strong subjective initiative
6.CRM experience (Dynamics, Informatica MDM, LICRM,etc) (preferred)
