AP/ P2P Manager
Description Our client is seeking a degreed Accounting/ P2P Manager. The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of implementing ERP systems, Accounts Payable, the ability to lead a team and communicate effectively. Oil & Gas industry is highly desired. Responsibilities: + Strategically streamline the AP and procure-to-pay process across multiple entities, working with department and company leaders. + Lead and manage the implementation of ERP systems. + Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure optimal performance of processes. + Develop and implement strategic plans to manage cost-effective activities. + Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives. + Provide leadership to teams while promoting a positive work environment. Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. + P2P experience, 10+ years of Accounts Payable, with 3+ in a Leadership role + Expert knowledge of ERP system implementation and Project management. + Solid leadership abilities coupled with strong communication skills. + Excellent negotiation, Communication and strategic planning skills. + Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
