AP Processing Manager- Remote

What you’ll do:
As an Accounts Payable Processing Manager, you will support strategic trouble shooting of invoice receipt and processing, identifies process improvement opportunities and delivers strategic trouble shooting of invoice receipt and processing. Additionally, the Manager, Accounts Payable manages the team that performs OCR / ICR review daily.
Responsibilities:
Manages the team that performs OCR / ICR review on a daily basisSets performance and throughput goals that are in alignment with SLAsMonitors individual productivity and accuracyIdentifies process improvement opportunitiesIdentifies and implement additional steps to improve OCR / ICR effectivenessDelivers continuous training and improvement initiatives as needed Addresses escalated supplier processing issues as neededSupports strategic trouble shooting of invoice receipt and processingCollaborates with procurement, contact center and finance as neededSupports month end data gathering and accrual documentation as neededAdditional Information:
1099 process knowledge
Understanding the procure to pay process ( Purchase Order 2–3-way match/PO problem solving
Excellent customer service
Month end/year end closing
Familiar with OCR processing
Vendor statement reconciliation
Understand chart of accounts
Full cycle Accounts Payable
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
What you’ll need:
Education: High School diploma required with related years of experience. Bachelor degree in areas of Supply Chain Operations preferred
Experience: 3-5 years with experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment with Workday & Oracle Fusion or Oracle 11.5 experience required
