AP Specialist PO Team
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with large ERP experience. The ideal candidate will have experience tracking 1099s and be able to compile reports in relation to year end. Accounts Payable Responsibilities: + Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing + Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner + Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses + Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end Accounts Payable Qualifications: + 1 - 2 years or more in accounting or related field + Strong understanding Accounts Payable processing + Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Accounts Payable Benefits: + Weekly Pay Cycle + Health care, vision and Dental + 401k retirement plan Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
