Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with proficiency in German to join our F&A team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable and will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records for one of our commercial client.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues over e-mails.
Maintain and update vendor files and records.
Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
Prepare and generate reports related to accounts payable.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiencies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable.
Proficiency in German (both written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle) is a plus.
