The role of the Project Manager – Global Risk Mitigation and Agility will be accountable for the following responsibilities: 1. Project Management for Global Risk Mitigation & Agility Product Transfer Processes (90%) • Execute with success the steps outlined and documented within the GSC Risk Mitigation and Agility Product Transfer Process. • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of all global risk mitigation and product transfer processes in accordance with project plans for assigned product categories, regions. • Develop project outlines, project timelines, cost / budget estimates and justifications, necessary for project execution. • Develop an effective communication strategy to all project stakeholders and Interface with key stakeholders in the planning and execution stages of projects. • Be able to collaborate and develop strong relationships with all key functional groups in order to advance and execute the steps of the GSC Risk Mitigation and Agility Product Transfer Process in a timely manner. • Ensure accurate and timely execution of all Projects. Provide ongoing feedback, as to the execution, critical milestone achievement and provide effective documented feedback as to progress to key stakeholders; Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with designated timelines. • Leverage technical project management skills, analytical and data analysis skills to manage timelines, problem solve and advance the execution of the process by collaborating with key functions. • Be able to execute, make enhancements and continuous improvements to the GSC Risk Mitigation and Agility Product Transfer Process. Train and educate others as needed. 2. Global Supply Chain Manufacturing Transformation & Continuous Improvement Initiatives (10%) • Support other key projects as needed that will touch upon Global SC Network Optimization, Project Runway Execution, ELC-TPM or any other key initiatives that could impact “standing up” or starting up product manufacturing as a result of GSC strategies. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ yrs. of project management experience in manufacturing operation / supply chain, cosmetic or a similar packaging and launch intensive business environment. Has a good understanding of the planning and scheduling process, Understands and supports inventory management principles and supports and understands the GSC Category strategies (Network Optimization). Demonstrated knowledge, expertise and experience working within a SAP environment and the respective business processes Proven track record of driving collaboration and building effective relationships. Must be energetic, driven and passionate, and able to execute in a fast-paced, change-oriented workplace. Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to execute and drive strategic and tactical initiatives globally and across multi-site, multi-functions. Demonstrates appropriate level of "business acumen" that will enable the individual to create, manage, and leverage relationships with corporate and SC functions such as but not limited GBSC, strategic category, MFG Plant Ops, Engineer, EDM, DP, Supply Chain / Production Planning, COE, R&D, QA, Finance, GSR, and other key functions and stakeholders as appropriate. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, presentation skills, is forward thinking and creative. He/she seeks out creative solutions to complex business problems.
