The Position

APAC ASPIRE Commercial Excellence Partner (location agnostic in APAC)

As the ASPIRE Commercial Excellence Partner, you play a crucial role in deploying our innovative business solutions, called Roche ASPIRE Program, within our Diagnostics commercial affiliates. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the ASPIRE deployment across multiple project waves, working closely in a hybrid setting with local commercial teams in one or more affiliates. This role can be performed location agnostic, within APAC time zones.  Relocation is not considered, while regular business trips will be needed especially during the onboarding and intense collaboration phases, due to the job nature.

As the APAC Commercial Excellence Partner, you will be responsible for:

You play a pivotal role in collaborating closely with sales, technical service, marketing and other functional teams throughout the Marketing Plan to Cash (MP2C) and Plan to Deliver Customer Service (P2DCS) phases. 

You evaluate Sales and Service processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and support identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the commercial and service area, recommending and implementing solutions for improved workflow. 

You manage business processes and solutions to support field activities, including CRM systems, mobile applications, and analytics tools, and ensure master data maintenance across relevant CRM, Quote and Contract Management systems, overseeing records and generating relevant reports.

You provide data insights, embrace and implement system integration initiatives to drive commercial excellence across all areas of the business, and manage and oversee all customer and tender contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.

You support maintaining a robust commercial document (including customer contracts, tender documentation) governance to keep a high level of data quality and comprehensive oversight

You support Sales and Service operations providing guidance and optimizing cross-functional internal processes, also actively contribute to ASPIRE based on your expertise, and serve as a knowledge connector across business areas, functions, divisions and geography.

Who You Are

You hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a preference strong background in Commercial Operations or an equivalent field

You have experience in CRM systems (salesforce.com) and SAP and excel in managing extensive datasets using Microsoft Excel or other Business Intelligence Solutions. 

You have a deep understanding of our system landscape as well as our business processes. 

You are hands-on, data-driven, strong communicator, and have the ability to influence and support stakeholders across the organization in adopting new ways of working. 

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective stakeholder communication.

*The job will be ending by the end of 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on business needs and mutual agreement
