What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Reports to: APAC Senior HR Director

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Regional Responsibility: APAC (Philippines, Japan, China, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand)

Manage and lead the HR Team in Asia-Pacific region.

Develop and drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's objectives and support regional growth.

Collaborates closely with regional and global leadership to ensure HR practices foster employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness across diverse cultures and markets.

Lead and manage a regional HR team, providing guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, talent development and management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Collaborate with global HR counterparts to implement global HR programs and initiatives locally.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across multiple countries within the APAC region.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the organization values. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of collaboration and high employee engagement.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree would be an advantage.

A proven HR leader with at least 15 years of leadership experience in a multinational organization

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the APAC region.

Strategic mindset with extensive experience in managing organizational change and driving HR transformation initiatives.

Possess strong consultancy skills to influence and advise a diverse leadership team, and to drive a high-performance culture and excellence in the HR organization.

Ability to build strong relationships at all levels across the organization, a team player and mentor/coach who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate success in managing operational excellence in HR activities, with a strong acumen to deliver high-quality people management solutions.

Proven ability to guide regional leadership and global HR teams as an effective business partner.
