APAC Occupancy Planning Data Management Lead

We are looking for an APAC Space Data Management Lead for our Occupancy Planning & Management Team. The role effectively manages client's portfolio data, providing critical data reporting to support strategic planning functions, and sharing critical data with other relevant technology solutions as appropriate. 

As an APAC Space Data Management lead, you will be the single point of contact for the client’s database, and application related support.  You will drive consistent processes for submitting, reviewing, and approving data change requests.  You will lead the recurring site data validation (space audits) program to ensure seat assignments and floor plans are accurate.

You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the relevant space data management system because you will be the Subject Matter Expert for the account team. You will be a key member of the allocation/chargeback cycle and related reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Primary point of contact for space data questions for APAC portfolio.Manage accuracy of space data, manage tracking and management of agreed space and occupancy data sets within relevant technologiesFacilitate and/or resolves planning data issues identified in the client’s planning meetings across the APACTrain and manage key end‐users to maintain data accuracy, while also educating them on planning and space policies/standards, procedures and protocolsReports on building and organizational data, occupancy and utilization metricsSupport the preparation of communications that assist the client to understand the proposed accommodation solutions, summarized data, etc.Evaluate, recommend and improve data and integrity in the client’s systemEducate / provide training around space policies/standards, procedures and protocolsPerform data accuracy audits (for space and headcount data related to the APAC regions)As necessary, collaborate on site-specific Planning Strategies with the client and cooperate with the Occupancy Planners.Service Request Response & Reporting: Support the implementation of additional space service requests. Ensure all assigned Service Requests are prioritized and accurately managed in the client’s system Module. Maintain detailed notes and summary information within the client’s system Module and provide a regular summary.Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Lead training efforts for colleagues with less data specialized experience.Lead enhancements and expansions to existing OP strategies and capabilities by developing new tools, techniques and processes from DM perspective.Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.  

Reporting/Decision Support:

Manage monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and deliverables for occupancy and space data. Support regional and country Occupancy Planners on ad hoc space portfolio analysis, provide insights on space optimization opportunitiesPerform routine reporting and analysis of utilization data and trendingPerform and issue quarterly reports in line with account Service Level Agreements

Key technology proficient requirements include:

Ability to utilize software to support planning solutions and communicate ideas clearly with the OP team.Perform dynamic data management within Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
