APAC Product Marketing Manager Job ID 204369 Posted 10-Feb-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Marketing Location(s) Singapore - Singapore **About this role** The APAC Product Marketing Manager, based in Singapore, will collaborate with the Occupier Marketing Lead to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Advisory & Transactions (A&T) business, supporting product marketing, branding, campaigns, and events while leveraging the APAC marketing team and partnering with pillar leads in various marketing areas. **Key responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the A&T product offering, audience segments, market dynamics and competitive landscape + Provide operational support for the Occupier Marketing Lead, which includes tracking and reporting on campaign progress and performance + Assist with the design and execution of campaigns across service lines and sectors + On an ad-hoc basis, support the business platform on client proposals and presentations, leveraging wider resources to improve quality and creativity + Work with the wider APAC Product Marketing team to leverage best practices and implement projects for the A&T Occupier business + Partner with the APAC Centre of Excellence pillar leads across social, digital, creative design, internal comms, media & public relations, content activation as well as events, to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns + Work with the Occupier Marketing Lead to support the APAC Research team on the execution of flagship reports in collaboration with wider APAC COEs **Requirements** : + Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of professional work experience, prior commercial real estate experience desirable + B2B marketing and communications experience within an MNC or large corporation preferable + Working knowledge of all areas of the marketing mix – digital, social, branding and events + High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign and Photoshop skills highly desirable + Flexibility with working hours to engage with teams across multiple regions and time zones CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
