About the Role
Reporting to Director, Regional Supply Chain, Industrial Petrochemicals, you will:
How You Will Do It
Diagnose and Lead Supply Chain Process and Performance Improvement
Conduct comprehensive analysis of performance and operational robustness across physical and system processes in the Supply Chain, focusing on factors such as delivery reliability, inventory, and process efficiency.Periodically assess distribution networks and logistics costs to identify discrepancies and drive benchmarking of various operations.Facilitate proactive information flow to address supply or logistics issues affecting deliveries can be followed up on timely manner Act as a cross-functional facilitator or divisional facilitator in collaboration with high-level process owners and sponsors.
Setup SCM Dashboard, Monitor and Enhance Supply Chain KPI
Develop and enhance existing SCM dashboard for the CP/Industrial business to include standard KPIs, SCM costs, and proactive track-and-trace solutions at regional and key country levels.Monitor key KPIs such as DIV, OIV, E-share, hand-free rate, NCM, and DR to measure success and establish parameters for process improvement and digitalization.Manage the NPS system within CP Industrial as a key user, serving as the interface with the Sales Team and BASF Digitalization platform (GD) to improve response rates and provide ad hoc data and trend analysis for decision-making.
Co-facilitate Digitalization of SCM
Strengthen supply chain operational efficiency and improvement through digital solutions, ensuring the integration of digital tools such as order management, real-time order monitoring, NC Slicer, and MyBASFworld.Drive collaboration with key digital partners in the OTC area while providing training and support to the Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing teams to promote the adoption and utilization of digitalization and data analytics tools.
What We Look For
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; good knowledge of overall SC process, with ideally deeper knowledge and optimization in 1 to 2 fieldsExpertise in the SCM process with proven track record driving and implementing process improvement projectsExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to perform detailed gap analysisProficiency in data management and analytics tools e.g. Power BI, Python etc. Basic understanding of SAP with project management experience (Six Sigma) is preferred Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Asian language is a plus
