Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior APAC Marketing Manager specializing in Demand Generation and E-commerce to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead our trade marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, driving demand and optimizing our e-commerce presence to achieve substantial business growth for the Sandisk Flash Product portfolio

Develop and implement comprehensive consumer marketing strategies to increase demand and market share across APACSpearhead e-commerce and social commerce initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our online brand presence and drive incremental revenue salesAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-makingCreate and execute innovative demand generation campaigns tailored to diverse APAC marketsManage and mentor a team of trade marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovationEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and alliance partnersDevelop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROIMonitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadershipStay abreast of emerging trends in trade marketing, demand generation, and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field6+ years of experience in trade marketing or related field, with a focus on demand generation and e-commerceProven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing strategies in APAC marketsStrong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing toolsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsDemonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoringProficiency in project management and budget oversightIn-depth knowledge of APAC market trends, consumer behavior, and the regional e-commerce landscapeStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsFluency in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a plusWillingness to travel within the APAC region as required
