Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Recruiter to join our growing team in APAC. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the company’s talent strategy by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier candidates who align with Snap’s mission and values. You’ll focus on junior-to-senior-level positions across various teams, working closely with hiring managers to build exceptional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

Identify and attract top-tier adtech talent to shape and develop key features used by millions of Snapchatters every day. 

Provide full-cycle recruiting support for APAC TA teams, ensuring efficient and effective processes.

Serve as a strategic talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to guide hiring decisions

Leverage diverse sourcing methods, networking, and evaluation strategies to recruit world-class TA  talent. 

Champion and enhance Snap Inc.'s candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional journey from start to finish.

Analyze hiring metrics and trends to refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies.

Prioritize and fill high-impact roles critical to the company’s growth and success.

Contribute to the enhancement  the end-to-end recruitment life cycle through contributions to projects and org wide initiatives 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience recruiting for an array of Tech/non Tech roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions from intern to senior levels. 

Experience working closely with your stakeholders and HR, compensation. 

Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and platforms and ability to creatively identify and engage top tier talent across: China, Australia, Singapore, India and other APAC markets.  

Someone who loves solving challenging problems and building programs for scale

Someone who is customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

Someone with an analytical mindset who understands the importance of tracking metrics

Someone who is organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize 

Is able to adhere to the company culture and values. 

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

5+ years of experience in recruiting

3+ years recruiting for markets outside of Singapore across APAC
