MKS APAC is currently in a stage of rapid growth and transformation. We are looking for a highly motivated TA Coordinator who will provide overall general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department for APAC region and will provide program support to the Emerging Talent team. This is a fast-paced role that will require strong attention to detail as you partner with the APAC TA team to facilitate the candidate interview and hiring process. In addition, you will also need good logic and project management skills to assist in data collection and documentation preparation for global projects loading in APAC, such as Campus Recruiting & etc.
What you will do:
Provide overall general administrative support to the APAC Talent Acquisition Department.Facilitate the candidate interview and hiring process.Support recruitment weekly/monthly report follow-up over recruitment status.Assist in improving recruitment process documentation. Ensure files shared in SharePoint are up to date. Handle recruitment-related daily administrative tasks, such as job postings, contract filing, etc.Assist in improving the recruitment module in the Workday system.Support regional Campus Recruiting initiatives.Assist with training managers, buddies, and HR Partners on expectations prior to the internship program start date (e.g., program details, projects, responsibilities).Facilitate intern-specific onboarding, social events, performance management process, experience surveys, and offboarding. Remain a key point of contact for interns on a day-to-day basis to assist with the program.Partner with managers, buddies, and HR Partners to ensure interns are engaged in impactful work and have ample learning opportunities.Engage with APAC universities to establish partnerships aimed at attracting new college graduates, focusing on STEM and DEI initiatives.Elevate employer branding in the APAC region by collaborating with key stakeholders such as leadership teams, executive assistants, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Recruiting Partners, Marketing and Branding).What will you bring to the team, along with your passion:
Familiarity with Campus recruitment, program management & talent acquisition.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, Politic Science, Foreign Language or related fields.Proficient in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Thai, Malay, or Vietnamese, would be an advantage.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to adapt to a diverse work environment and embrace changes.Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.#LI-DNI
