You will join an established program staffed with an extraordinary team of technologists and creatives running one of the world’s broadest and most impactful executive technical sales programs. You’ll deliver into a world-wide community of exceptional peers, with access to the latest software and hardware, and you’ll be given the time and budget to develop as a regionally influential technical leader.
**Responsibilities**
The **Innovation Hub** **APAC** **Time Zone Lead** role involves:
+ **Strategic** **Sales landing** : Manages the landing strategy across all innovation hub locations in your region. This includes ensuring the proper landing, change management and adoption of new priority programs (Solution Area or industry specific as well as cross solutions). Identify gaps preventing adoption and drive remediation. Monitoring and reinforcing the adoption.
+ **Technical & Innovation Leadership** : You are leading the regional Innovation Hub activity and business. This includes Hub technical architectsinspirational leadership. Your role is to drive the all-up Innovation Hub vision in the region and to attract, grow and motivate Technical Leaders and talents across the region. Ideally, you should have a broad cloud technical background to inspire the Hub Directors and the Technical Architects at a global Cloud & AI platform level. A strong Product and Program Management expertise would be a great asset.
+ **Technical Sales** **Insights, Readiness, and Activation** **through** **Product Excellence** : leading the Hub community of your region through thought product leadership. Your role, as a leader, is to inspire your community of Hub Directors and Technical Architects towards applying our products to our customers’ business needs and aspirations. You will also be expected to share reference architectures/solutions/use cases with Solution areas and Engineering to help contribute to the product strategy.
+ **Cross Functional Joint Planning with Customer Centricity** : Manages and cultivates relationships with senior internal leaders (e.g., General Manager [GM] level, Corporate Vice President [CVP], STU Lead, Enterprise Lead, etc) to ensure that the Microsoft Innovation Hub is a critical engine to drive the customer outcomes in a planful, proactive and intentional manner. You will be measured on customer satisfaction and on the actual adoption of those solutions by customers as well as the impact that those solutions have on the business.
+ **Change management &** **Operational Excellence** : Leading the operational and execution excellence within the innovation hub locations of your regions. Maintains ongoing refinement, including landing plan, monitoring it, and refining it. Leads, manages, and adjusts plans and plays to achieve desired business outcomes.
+ **Regional Innovation Hub community** : Providing leadership for the Innovation Hub across the APACregion. Fostering a community of teams to share best practices, patterns and learn across countries. This includes building world class teams through talent management, diversity and inclusion, coaching and career development. The innovation hub teams are composed of experts in their field addressing the most challenging use cases and opportunities in their region. You will manage this community to ensure they stay up to date with the latest developments and innovations in their portfolio.
These roles require a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and operational management capabilities to drive the success of Microsoft's innovation hub in your region.
**Skills**
**Business Relationship Management**
Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to engage CxO and BDM level engagements, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
**Business Analysis** **& Analytical Thinking**
The ability to identify business needs based on data patterns and leadership discussion and determine solutions to business problems driven through empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results
**Technical Program Management**
Thought technical and Product leader in the Cloud and AI area, with great business and executive experience
**Demonstrated Technical leadership**
Through prior deep technical coaching/leadership roles in either Engineering, technical sales, Cloud & AI Product Management leadership, consultative management experience or equivalent.
**Qualifications**
**Required qualifications:**
8+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Technical Program Management, Management Consulting, or Technical Sales. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), technology account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
**Preferred** **Professional Experience:**
People Management Experience, Manager of Manager background
**Cross country / Area** role experience
