APAC TS&D Leader, DuPont Water Solutions
Role
The APAC TS&D Leader, DuPont Water Solutions, is a technical management position overseeing Water business’s Technical Service & Development (TS&D) team in Asia Pacific region which will be growing rapidly in coming years. The APAC TS&D Leader leads a team of over 15 technical professionals based in 10 countries in Asia. The business’ product portfolio includes Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration, Ion Exchange Resins, as well as biological treatment technologies such as MBR and MABR. These products support regional growth in more than a dozen industrial verticals under industrial, municipal & desalination, and life science & specialties market segments.
Responsibilities
Deploy and empower the APAC TS&D organization to support commercial and marketing teams in achieving business objectives with cross functional strategy execution.Collaborate with global R&D and marketing teams to drive end to end innovation from ideation, development, and commercialization under Water Solutions’ differential management framework.Develop regional technical capabilities with effective lab infrastructure development and technical competency strengthening, following the Global TS&D Capability Development Roadmap.Integrate commercial pipeline development with new product commercialization enablement and innovation portfolio management.Optimize work processes and champion adoption of new digital tools to drive technical efficiency and effectiveness.Develop technical talents with a strategic vision and individualized development programs.Qualifications
Advanced degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or Biology disciplines.10+ years’ experience in developing or applying water treatment or advanced liquid solid separation technologies.5+ years of experience in people and organization development.Strategic and conceptual clarity with demonstrated business results delivery.Sense of urgency and prioritization capabilities to meet commitments in a fast-paced business environment.Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region for various business-related activities up to 30% of time.Preferred Location
