You will play a critical role in working with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, communicate & validate enterprise capabilities for changes to new business processes, data & technologies with a focus on medium to high levels of complexity. This position is accountable for the successful Business Partnering and Product Delivery within the APACSA Supply Chain domain. The purpose of this position is to represent Supply Chain Technology at all levels of APACSA. Working with key business stakeholders to align their supply chain strategy with our McCain Supply Chain Technology strategic direction, gather, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to and the implementation of new business processes, practices and products at all levels of complexity. This role also leads the deployment Supply Chain technology capabilities across APACSA and ensures their business stakeholders are taking full advantage of all supply chain products and supporting the strategy realisation and the company transformation.

Business Relationship Management with APACSA Functional Leadership teams, APACSA Digital and Technology Leadership Team, Global Technology Leaders, Global Digital & Technology Centre - Build strong, influential relationships and decision-making processes with key business stakeholders, shaping demand into a compelling Portfolio for that market/s optimizing the sequence of implementation of capabilities constructed by Global & Regional Teams.
APACSA Portfolio and Demand Management to drive business planning and develop prioritised demand management plans for assigned business portfolios. Builds and maintains the business technology roadmap as the key driver of business engagement. Ensures quality value cases are defined to enable technology capability.
Work with Global Product owners to identify and plan continuous improvement initiatives and establish regular engagement meetings with business partners to gather input for the development of the global 3-year roadmap.
Technology Advisory establishes and maintains a delivery model, aligned to: McCain Global Technology Vision and Strategy, Standards and Policies, Regulatory Framework and McCain APACSA’s Growth Strategies. Monitor and control the Roadmap to sure it remains current and reflects the ambitions of McCain both globally and regionally. Manage technology risk within the assigned regional domain

Product Delivery - Oversight for APACSA product delivery across key capabilities of:
Ensure the design of the organization’s Integrated Business Planning systems and processes is meeting current and on-going business requirements.Facilitate the development and Implementation of global products to drive efficiency and standardization. Work with business stakeholders on user adoption.Facilitate the development of Detailed Feasibility Studies (DFS) for proposed initiatives including cost of proposed systems and supporting business justification.Maintain integrity of the global design. Ensure that all enhancements have measurable return on investment, follow the design principles for global applicability and only deviate where legal and regulatory requirements dictate. Focus on standard “out of the box” functionality and minimize customization.Collaborate with global Delivery Leads and Product Owners on the Portfolio teams to deliver technology products.Deploy and implement systems and tools such as SAP IBP, BluJay, SAP TM, SAP OM. Key activities and expectations include:Capturing and documenting comprehensive business requirements for global initiatives.Creating functional specifications (translating global business requirements into instructions that can be used by the technical developers to design the solution);Delivering high quality technology solutions that meet business requirements within the agreed upon scheduleAssisting in evaluation and selection of new software solutions;Creating/writing zero level and system integration tests scripts and reviewing with business users to ensure proper User Acceptance testing (UAT) scripts have been created and executed by the business for the system/enhancement;Supporting the business during hypercare and ensuring that solutions are stable before they get handed over to operational teams for steady state support.System Enhancement and Upgrades: Evaluate impact of Enhancement pack and Service pack upgrades and work with Product owners and business to ensure the new functionality offers payback and cost savings. Test the solution prior to go live and support the business through Hypercare periods.Monitor status of APACSA business readiness activities including promptly identification of impacted roles, communication and training of new features or changes that require to be cleansed.Product NPS ≥ 20
