We are looking for a Senior Property Manager with a proven track record in the following areas:

Extensive Affordable Housing Expertise: Deep understanding of affordable housing programs (e.g., HUD Section 8, LIHTC), policies, and regulations

A primary focus will be ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations and achieving consistently successful MOR and REAC inspection results. Developing and implementing strategies to ensure consistent passing MOR scores across the portfolio. Demonstrate the ability to implement and maintain robust compliance programs to meet all required standards. Significant experience preparing for and successfully navigating Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) and Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) inspections. A history of achieving passing scores is essential. Implementing and maintaining consistent inspection readiness protocols, including training, documented procedures, and proactive issue resolution across all managed properties. Ability to effectively lead and manage on-site property management teams, including training, coaching, and performance management, to foster a culture of compliance and excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and address concerns effectively, remaining within legal boundaries and HUD guidelines. Ability to identify and resolve complex property management challenges, particularly those related to compliance and inspections

Requirements:

Knowledge in Fair Housing Ability to exercise sound judgment Self-motivated with attention to detail Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts Strong communication skills 1-2 years of property management experience Leadership experience
