We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator!
A Compliance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating compliance tracking, corporate and regional compliance reporting. Voucher and ledger review. UT submissions. MOR preparations and maintenance. General admin and reporting as needed/required.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee and organize monthly UT submissions Assist in MOR prep and progress tracking Ensure procedures for ongoing MOR prep are maintained Assist with MOR and AMR responses where needed Complete and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual program reporting as required Review vouchers for accuracy Ledger review and correction where needed. Assist in data entry of required program requirements where needed/required Track and oversee compliance for assigned region to include bi-weekly inspections, semi-annual inspections, gas log, RPM quarterly audits Up to one week per month on-site to assist in the completion of needed compliance tasks
Requirements:
2-5 years in a customer service role Working knowledge of multiple affordable housing programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to manage multiple projects and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion Ability to solve problems and adaptAdditional Information:
Compensation: Full- Time $65,000 to $70,000 per year
