We are currently seeking a Recruiting Manager!

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process within an organization, including developing hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent by aligning recruitment with business objectives; they collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the candidate pipeline through various channels like job boards, networking, and social media. 

Responsibilities include:

Create and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions, considering market trends and company needs.  Manage and supervise a team of recruiters, assigning tasks, providing coaching, and evaluating performance.  Utilize various channels like job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.  Develop compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and company culture.  Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate fit against job criteria.  Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions based on candidate evaluations.  Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with HR and department managers.  Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to identify areas for improvement.  Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive candidate experience.  Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. 

Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience as a recruiting manager Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Knowledge of labor legislation Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation Familiarity with social media and other professional networks Proven experience within the Microsoft Suite of products with specific attention to Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Prioritization and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in order to improve processes and solve problem

Compensation: Full- Time $90,000 to $98,000 per year
