A Bit About the Role

Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely mannerPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentAbility to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediatelyDelivers various communications to residents as neededProvide the best quality customer service to our residentsMust be able to work on-call.

Qualifications

 

A Bit About You

HVAC certified preferred or boilers license- training opportunities available3-5 years relevant experienceAbility to consistently display a positive attitudeEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractorsSpanish is not a requirement, but would be a plus.
