API 510 Inspector
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an API 510 Inspector to join the asset integrity team for a large oil and gas client in Greeley, CO. The main responsibility of the API 510 Inspector is conducting vessel inspections for sites throughout Northern Colorado. Additionally, this person will be responsible for writing an Excel inspection report for each inspection to give to the engineering team for repairs. While this individual will be working with the engineering/repair team often, he/she will also work with various other internal departments, including brownfield & greenfield engineering, maintenance/execution, compression and other teams as needed. This individual will need to have a reliable AWD/4WD vehicle they are willing to drive, as well as a clean driving record and car insurance. The territory extends from Brighton to New Raymer, Colorado and he/she will be driving daily. Mileage will be reimbursed at $0.70 per mile and the candidate can plan to drive 200-400+ miles per week. Average weekly hours will be 50 hours per week from Mon-Fri (10 hours per day) and occasional Saturday work as needed. There is flexibility on the daily shift but it's typically 7a-5p. The candidate will also get a phone allowance of $100 a month and be expected to use their own or purchase their own work phone. Hourly pay range is $55-60 pending background and experience, potentially more for the right candidate. Skills and Requirements - Certified API 510 Inspector - Experience within upstream oil and gas vessel inspections - Adequate computer skills and experience within Excel - Ability to utilize personal 4WD/AWD vehicle for field work - Great communication and collaboration skills (as well as the ability to take and implement feedback) - Certified API 653 or 570 - Experience with PCMS - CWI or CPWI is preferred; or general welding experience/knowledge is also a plus - Experience with scope writing for NDE inspections null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
