Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of API Customer Integration Support Manager (Lead) (multiple positions) in Chicago, IL.

Essential Responsibilities:

Support technical assistance during the customer’s integration phase with API mobile account product offerings.Create and improve the API Product documentation based on customer questions patterns and feedback.Answer client inquires specific to API products.Provide technical pre-sales support during discovery and sales calls with prospective customers.Analyze request and response payloads, and assist the customer with API- security mechanism.Improve customer support process and experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect, or related occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:
 

Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: 1) LINUX and UNIX; 2) Oracle BPEL 10g, 11g, and 12c; 3) Oracle ESB 10g and Oracle OSB; 4) Oracle 9i, 10g, and MySQL; 5) Business Rules, Mediator, Oracle BAM, Java, and J2EE; and, 6) Azure Cloud, Jitterbit Cloud, Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI), Mulesoft, and AWS. Teams may work from home and the office. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $126,755.00 - $182,900. (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP).
