U.S. Bank is seeking the position of API Customer Integration Support Manager (multiple positions) in Irving, TX.

Essential Responsibilities:

Support internal and external customers in optimization and improvement of API integration and communications.Provide technical pre-sales support for the sales team during discovery and sales calls with prospective customers.Provide technical assistance to the customer during the customer’s integration phase with U.S. Bank’s APIs.Manage system integration, verification, and test activities for custom applications and infrastructure for enterprise clients.Setup troubleshooting sessions for service connectivity or API related issues.Work with design and system architects to fine-tune low-level implementations.Create and iteratively improve API documentation based on customer question patterns and customer feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years in an Information Technology Project Manager, or related, occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:
Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:

Unix, Windows, and Solaris to support Multiplatform applications; Developing SOAP and REST web services using spring framework and spring boot; Deploying and monitoring java components and applications to WebSphere, WebLogic, and Apache Tomcat; Designing, developing, and monitoring highly scalable software applications using JAVA/J2EE; and XML and XSLT transformations and translations.

Teams may work from home and the office. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $143,666 - $176,100 (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP).
