Explain about software integration solutions through APIs, understand their requirements & prepare joint solutions. + Translate business requirements into fitment for existing APIs or new ones to be developed. + Co-ordinate with customer IT team & internal Software Development teams to ensure timely development, customization, testing & implementations with excellent quality. + Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to our APIs via various channels – meetings, email, chat, and phone. + Troubleshoot and diagnose customer problems to identify root causes and provide effective solutions. + Develop a deep understanding of our APIs, including their functionality and usage. + Assist customers with API integration and provide guidance on best practices. + Exposure to AWS technology Stacks. + Create professional looking documentations, presentations etc. **What You'll Need** + Bachelor’s degree in IT, or Equivalent. + At least 4-6 years of experience as a Developer or in a Customer Facing role. + Pro-active Go-Getter. + Ability to work independently & handle pressure. + Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with varied customer IT teams. + Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders. + Problem Solving- Communication- Collaboration- Continuous learning Ability to deal with varied customer teams. **Primary Skills** : Excellent Communicator with some experience in REST APIs development, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle & Postgres with some exposure to cloud (preferably AWS).
