We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our Product Management team. This role is pivotal in shaping our product roadmap and strategy through data-driven insights. If you thrive on challenges, enjoy collaborating with passionate professionals, and love uncovering actionable insights from data, we want you on our team!

As a Product Analyst you will be responsible for:

Defining KPIs: Develop and manage strategic and feature-specific KPIs to measure product success and inform decisions. Analysing product data: Use tools like Snowflake, Pendo, Jira, and Salesforce to gather and analyze product and user data, identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities. Shaping the roadmap: Provide data-driven insights to the Product Management team, directly influencing the product strategy and roadmap. Collaborating across teams: Work closely with product managers, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities Creating reports & dashboards: Build intuitive dashboards and reports to track product performance, adoption, and engagement, presenting insights to stakeholders Providing customer insights: Support customer feedback analysis, ensuring the voice of the customer is integrated into product decisions.

To be successful in this role you will:

Possess deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Have 3+ years of experience in a product analytics or similar role, in cybersecurity or SaaS Be proficient in analytics tools such as Snowflake, Pendo, or similar platforms Be good at presenting data and insights clearly to diverse teams, including product, engineering, and sales Understand how to align data-driven insights with company goals to drive meaningful impact Be a self-starter with a curious mindset, always looking to improve and innovateBE
