Apply now for our APJ team as APJ Business Planning Manager, you will be responsible for 2 major roles - IBP and HPS.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP). It is a holistic approach that integrates strategic planning, operational planning, and financial planning within Siemens Healthineers. IBP brings together various functions, including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain to collaborate across business to make informed decisions to drive better business outcomes.
Healthineers Performance System (HPS). HPS is our company-wide way of working together and improving our performance. It is a holistic continuous improvement framework, comprised of processes, methods and best practices supported by a global HPS community. The skill set required for HPS will drive IBP successfully. The role will also drive continuous improvement and process management mindset to wider audience in the organization. 
Your role:Demand Forecasting and Accuracy: You will be responsible to develop zone-level demand forecasts for instruments, reagents, and consumables. Ensure proper process steps are executed across the zone, leveraging appropriate tools for inputs. Drive improvements in forecast accuracy across countries for all Lab Solutions product lines.Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will be responsible to collaborate with sales, marketing, CBS and service teams to gather inputs and validate customer demand. Work with distributors and customers directly as needed.Market Intelligence and Impact Assessment: You will be responsible to gather market intelligence and customer insights from sales and marketing teams. Assess the impact of market changes or forecast variances and recommend revisions to forecast input when needed.KPI Monitoring: You will be responsible to monitor relevant KPIs, comparing actual shipment vs. country inputs. Prepare and distribute regular reports on key performance indicators, demand forecasts, and inventory levels.Central Point of Contact: You will be responsible to act as a single point of contact for the zone on all demand planning inputs. Ensure effective communication by setting up a clear Forecast Process RACI among various stakeholders within cross-functional teams to align on demand planning strategies.Decision Support: You will be responsible to facilitate and enable decision-making for Zone Business Lead and Zone Finance Lead on forecasting topics.Risk Management & Communication: You will be responsible to assess business exposures and potential risk scenarios. Provide consulting for demand planning insights to stakeholders. Help articulate and communicate demand uncertainties and risks. Develop options for optimizing inventory, replenishment, and demand plans to supply planning.You will be responsible to collaborate with global and local teams to holistically improve the customer experience and satisfaction levels around supply.You will be responsible to qualify, support & coach commercial leaders on respective HPS methods and tools to foster a continuous improvement mindset and coordinate transition activities in the APJ LS Commercial organization.You will be responsible to collaborate with commercial leader and align on their priorities and plans to achieve operational, financial, and strategic targets through Monthly Performance Review process.You will be responsible to actively support HPS Agile Action Plan(s) to deliver on Performance Improvement targets.You will be responsible to create impact through facilitation of Improvement Events on business challenges.You will be responsible to support and/or orchestrate the Hoshin Kanri process.You will be responsible to advance HPS through sharing of success stories & recognition of stakeholders.You will be responsible to drive, motivate & manage HPS qualifications of employees.  You will be an active member of the global, companywide HPS community and collaborates with the HPS office to execute HPS strategy across organization.Your expertise:You have min 10 years of working experience, therein more than 5 years of experiences with Lean Management, Business Systems, Consultancy or Business ExcellenceYou have high experience in organizing and conducting improvement workshops, coaching, and supporting change management initiatives.You have practical experience & expertise in Structured Problem Solving & one or more of the following methods: Value Stream Mapping, Agile Visual Management, Hoshin Kanri.You have proven minimum of 5+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning in multi-national companies, preferably from the Healthcare industry.You have exceptional communication skills & Leadership experience in motivating and developing diverse team cross country and functions.You have expertise in statistical forecasting methods and advanced analytics.You have experience with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra) and data analysis tools. You are strong customer focused.You are business fluent in English and any local languages within APJ zone. You are an active listener, and you are empathic.You inspire and lead without authority. You are convincing and pro-active change driver. You are passionate about learning HPS Core Methods.You are results & quality orientation. You have methodical & structured way of thinking.You have high analytic capability.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com
