Job Summary
This role is responsible for translating worldwide marketing strategies into plans and budgets, by developing country specific segment strategies across APJ. The role serves as a subject matter expert in segment marketing, improving industry awareness and lead generation across APJ. Additionally, the role delivers meaningful campaigns to channel partners, monitors their execution and measures their contribution by set KPIs.
Responsibilities
Translates marketing strategies into marketing plans and develops marketing plan budgets.Involved in market research to focus the marketing strategic on relevant industry segments.Leverages market, category, product and segment team insights, to develop specific plans for APJ key countries.Leads the design of customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans to maximize awareness and marketing goals.Possesses digital marketing knowledge to advance position in digital capabilities and touchpoints.Participates in defining goals and key performance indicators to measure the success and business impact of the marketing plansDevelops strategies for customer engagement and feedback collection, to assist continuous improvement.Ensures that all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing (or a related field) as a country or regional Marketing Manager.Experience in B2B marketing.Experience as a Marketing Manager in the 3D Print industry is an advantageGood English language skills, both spoken and written, is required. Any other languages, such as Chinese or Japanese, is a bonus.
