Drive innovative strategies and collaborate globally. This role spans across Asia Pacific and Japan and is responsible for the marketing deliverables and strategy into these counties. **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:** Product portfolio: Leads overall Cell Biology Business by: + Providing region-level access to global business and product management teams. + Leading the Cell Biology team to improve regional market performance. + Conducting business analysis and reporting to Global Marketing leadership. + Collaborating on region pricing and annual price setting. + Ensuring successful NPI launches and handling demo instruments and sales enablement. **Focus: Category/Business Management:** + Drive financial and market success in the region. + Perform gap analysis and implement corrective actions with territory leaders. + Provide recommendations based on market analysis and partner performance. + Optimize region pricing and collaborate on annual price settings. **Metrics:** + Consistent tracking and analysis of regional market performance. + Timely delivery of performance reports. + Completion of campaigns on time, meeting critical metrics. + Increase in web-based business. + Customer metrics including market share, retention, and acquisition. **Skills You'll Use Every Day for Success:** + Business Knowledge/Intelligence + Market/Customer Focused + Aims for Results and Growth + Builds Commitment and Communicates Clear Expectations + Champions Diversity + Takes Measured Risks + Continuously learns + Successful track record of teamwork and achieving results. + Proficiency in analyzing and summarizing complex data. + Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business management. + 5 years of confirmed experience in a marketing role.
