Position: Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiology Location: 800 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights, 1632 W Central, Arlington Heights, and 199 W Rand Rd, Mount Prospect Full-Time, 40 hours per weekHours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No Weekends, No Evenings, No Call Hybrid Role- Inpatient and Outpatient setting

What you will need:

License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License requiredEducation: Completion of Master's level program in specialty areaCertification: BLS/CPR certification requiredExperience: Prior APN/PA experience required

What you will do:

Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and diseasePromote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communitiesWork autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultantsPositively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
