**Job Description** **About the Role:** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented App Delivery (uOTA) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development, execution, and optimization of a cutting-edge App Delivery (uOTA) platform. This platform enables seamless updates to Android-based infotainment systems, delivering continuous improvements to platform APKs and enhancing the customer experience. As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the App Delivery (uOTA) channel while learning from and contributing to an innovative automotive ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** + **App Delivery Operations:** + Support the end-to-end App Delivery (uOTA) process, ensuring timely and quality updates. + Monitor and troubleshoot app deployment pipelines to address and resolve issues promptly. + Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve delivery workflows and ensure compliance with standards. + **Technical Support and Collaboration:** + Work with development teams to validate APK readiness for App Delivery (uOTA). + Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery schedules, milestones, and requirements. + Assist in decoupling platform APK updates from firmware updates, enabling faster release cycles. + **Process Improvement:** + Identify opportunities for efficiency in app delivery processes and contribute to implementing improvements. + Maintain documentation for workflows, tools, and best practices to support team knowledge-sharing. + **Customer Experience Focus:** + Ensure that App Delivery (uOTA) updates enhance end-user experiences and meet quality standards. + Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine processes and identify new opportunities. **Additional Job Description** **Required Qualifications:** **Hybrid:** This role is categorized as hybrid. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.
