Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with various business teams to understand and translate their needs into IT solutions. + Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable and Intercompany. + Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to align with Business requirements and industry best practices. + Translate business requirements from a design thinking mindset and Ensure compliance with company legal and audit standards. + Establish technologies strategies on migrating ERP On Prem Finance modules to Oracle Fusion applications. + Mitigate tech debt and risks issues. + Ability to work on Architecture Specs and security deviations. + Works with the PO and the Dev Manager to plan out security vulnerabilities, risks, and issues. + Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and exploration of solution alternatives. + Helping development team on critical solution development. + Work with stakeholders to establish high-level solution intent and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
