Overview: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming and a passion for developing innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities: + Software Development: Design, develop, and implement robust Java applications in line with business requirements. + Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews to ensure quality standards are met. + Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner. + Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software. + Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for application features, functionalities, and architecture. + Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and team processes. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. + Minimum 10 years of hands-on development experience in Java + Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience using Spring Boot, Red Hat/Jboss, Micro services, rest, and soap web services. + DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure experience + OpenID connect and Oauth2 protocols and related Products like ForgeRock and Red hat SSO (Apache Keycloak) experience is a plus. + Expertise in creating web applications using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3 (SASS, LESS), Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES5), jQuery, AngularJS, AJAX, and JSON, NodeJS, and ReactJS + 7years of experience managing projects through the full development lifecycle. + Ability to communicate security technology issues verbally on both a formal and informal basis to all levels of client staff. + Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills + Excellent communication skills Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250 - $125,000.
