As an Application Support Engineer, you'll play an integral role in building the roadmap of the company's technology strategy.

Responsibilities

\n\n Participating in day-to-day operations and maintenance of our product hosting infrastructure.\n Participating in medium to large scale projects.\n Acting as lead resource in small to medium scale projects.\n Making recommendations of processes and technologies that will improve efficiency and effectiveness to the team.\n Acting as a second level resource to investigate and resolve daily incidents and problems escalated by various teams.\n\n

Requirements

\n\n Experience of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.\n Experience with common database technologies, such as SQL Database/Server.\n Demonstrate intermediate level of understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.\n Able to understand infrastructure architecture, including public and private cloud, networking, virtualization, identity, security, and storage.\n Able to understand access management, administration, and application support.\n Demonstrate an understanding of IT infrastructure, ITIL processes, CMDB, and change management.\n Able to perform application upgrades and patching, performance tuning, monitoring, alerting, deployments, and disaster recovery.\n Have working knowledge of these technologies: Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Kubernetes, and Visio.\n
