Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced NP/PA to join our Telehealth Services team in providing primary care.  The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience working in family medicine or internal medicine. 

Highlights Include:
●100% Remote
●Monday – Friday; 8:20a-5:00p (40 min lunch)
●APP will have a strong focus on supporting our existing primary care practices, will perform new patient visits, and bridge care for those who are waiting to establish with an in-person PCP 
●3 years of experience in family/internal medicine required
●Urgent care experience preferred 
●Will be required to obtain a VA and NC License.
