Position Highlights

About the Opportunity:

Weekday schedule. Home clinic with regional travel. Will consider part-time schedule.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive health assessments for employees including physical exams, health histories, and screenings. Provide timely and accurate diagnosis, treatment for employees and dependents, and management of work-related injuries and illnesses for employees. Offer guidance and education to employees on injury prevention, health promotion, and wellness strategies. Qualifications PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification. NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification. Prior Occ Health experience required. Other preferred qualifications include background in workers comp, working at employer sites, experience conducting veteran exams and/or NC disability exams. Must have a clean background, NC licensure, and NC DEA. DOT certification, and AHA BLS certification required, ACLS preferred. CAOCH and NIOSH certifications are a plus.
