The position requires an individual who demonstrates a superb understanding of the App Review Guidelines, critical thinking, phenomenal problem-solving skills, and excellent written communication skills. DescriptionDescriptionThe ARB team is a critical part of the App Review process and gives developers an outlet to provide feedback, receive additional information about their app's review, and suggest changes to the guidelines. The ARB team investigates appeals across all of our guidelines and platforms. We then collaborate across App Review and other organizations to address developer concerns. Our primary objective is to provide an outstanding experience for developers through adaptable, detailed, and effective responses to developer appeals. ARB Team is accountable for investigating appeals and providing feedback to developers. The work requires a detailed approach with excellent investigative abilities, a strong grasp of the App Review Guidelines, the ability to advocate on behalf of developers, and confidence to make tough decisions in a dynamic environment. - You will be trained to become an expert in understanding, supporting, and improving the App Review process. - You will be expected to make decisions quickly in an ambiguous environment while under time constraints and pressure. - You can communicate clearly and provide feedback to third-party developers. - Collaboration with team members and sharing suggestions on business improvements is required. - You will be working with Partnership Managers, App Store Business Managers, and Apple Legal on incoming appeal questions, guideline change suggestions, and complex issues involving regulatory compliance, fraud, and trust & safety.Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 2+ years work experience in App Review or similar experience is helpfulExperience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and upmost confidentialityExcellent written and oral communication skillsAnalytical mindset with an ability to break down complex problemsYou are well-versed in customer service and conflict managementKey QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsEffective collaborator who will work cross-functionally across teams to present information effectively and influence decisionsA passion for learning new things, using experiences to develop the best methodologies to support the developer communityAbility to stay focused, prioritize, and handle a workload in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentYou are upbeat, adaptable, and results oriented with a positive attitudeEducation & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsMore
