RESPONSIBILITIES + Oversee the inventory of online store & campus store merchandise (apparel, albums, accessories, etc.). + Provide our online store distribution center & our campus stores with the most up-to-date information on inventory and product updates. + Analyze sales results, prepare pack lists, and pack merchandise for our distribution center & campus stores. + Communicate with the shipping and receiving manager about outgoing online store shipments, partnering to utilize the space well. + Add new products to our POS system, update images, and shoot and edit flat-lay images. + Manage communication and keep projects on task for completion for the Resources team utilizing our staff-wide project management system. + Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and collaboration within the Resources Team. + Establish and maintain strong, trusting working relationships within internal departments and external vendors to help support continued growth. + Work to develop and improve systems/processes for inventory management. + Brainstorm and research products and any associated vendors for project completion. + Help with the overall administrative responsibilities of the Resources Creative team. MUST-HAVES + Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community) + Ability to think both creatively and strategically + Team-player attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to keep projects moving and organized + Ability to handle multiple projects effectively and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities + Logistical and detail-oriented while also having a love for collaboration + Experience in leading projects from planning to execution + Ability to lift/move/carry 35-45-pound boxes regularly + Effective time management and prioritization + Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites (Excel, Google Drive, etc.) + Adaptable to work well in a fast-paced environment NICE-TO-HAVES + Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting + Familiarity with Elevation Church and/or Elevation Worship + Store Management experience, both brick-and-mortar and digital DAY-TO-DAY + We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. + There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us. + Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too.
