The efforts of your team will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing the performance of both graphics, compute and machine learning workloads. In addition to collaborating with software teams, you will work cross-functionally with hardware teams to help design and architect the next generation of GPUs. The compiler backend developed by your team will be integrated into all Apple devices including iPhone, iPads, Apple TV, Apple Watch and Macs. As the manager of this team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking the team’s deliverables. You will operate both tactically and strategically—developing a clear vision, offering technical feedback, and setting the direction for the team. Additionally, you will foster and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with our hardware and software partners. You will also oversee hiring, mentoring, and the growth of a high-performing team. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $378,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
