As the manager of this team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking the team’s deliverables. You will operate both tactically and strategically—developing a clear vision, offering technical feedback, and setting the direction for the team. Additionally, you will foster and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with our hardware and software partners. You will also oversee hiring, mentoring, and the growth of a high-performing team. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $378,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
