**Job Title: Repair Technician** **Pay:** $20.00-$25.00 **Shift:** 8:00am - 4:30pm (M-F) **Job Description** We are seeking an Apple/MAC/OS Certified Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves imaging computers, wiping and uploading new software and data, as well as replacing batteries, RAM, and other simple hardware components. The use of Paragon software is essential in this position. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs. + Provide both on-site and remote support for Apple products, addressing hardware repairs, operating system issues, and software installations. + Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on macOS and iOS devices to ensure optimal performance. + Assist with data recovery, backups, and migrations on Apple devices. **Essential Skills** + Apple Certified Professional (ACSP or ACMT) or equivalent certification. + Minimum 2 years of experience in the repair and troubleshooting of Apple products. + Expertise in diagnosing and repairing iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs, including hardware components (displays, batteries, motherboards, etc.). + Experience with Global Service Exchange (GXS). + Experience with Apple Business Manager setup and management. + Knowledge of macOS and iOS security hardening. + Strong understanding of macOS and iOS operating systems. + Familiarity with Apple diagnostic tools and repair procedures. + Experience with cloud services, including iCloud, iTunes, and Apple ID management. + Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to shipping locations/pickup locations as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + IT certifications + Familiarity with refurbishing Apple products for resale or company use. + Skills in repair, computer technology, electronics, troubleshooting, debugging, installation, refurbishing, and configuration. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that has recently received certification through Apple to repair their products, making it the only place other than Apple stores where repairs can be done while maintaining the warranty.
