We recognise the unique skills of specialist Appliance Service Technicians and Senior Service Techs to join our teams across New Zealand.

If you are sustainably minded, use your knowledge to repair home appliances and/or air-conditioners providing moments of delight for our long-standing customers.

These roles carry out professional quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop. A major benefit with these positions is flexibility, as we support a "work out of home" model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessionsComplete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collectionMaintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory.

Experience Required:

Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimumStrong communication skills and strong PC skillsProvide premium customer serviceProfessional and self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature.
