We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Applicant Attorney. Our client is a well-regarded applicant firm. 

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to identify issues and prepare legal strategiesResearch applicable laws, rulings, regulations, and legal decisionsRepresent clients in hearingsDraft and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefsMonitor legal developments that may impact clients' interestsDepositionsProvide counsel to applicants in relation to rights and obligationsNegotiate settlements with opposing counsel

Qualifications:

Must be an active member in good standing with the state bar association2+ years of experience practicing Applicant side workers' compensation lawUnderstanding of Applicant's rights and obligationsBenefits
