Job Summary:

A Fresh service application administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the Freshservice application platform, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting for users and stakeholders. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, familiarity with IT service management principles, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain the Fresh service application platform

- Design, implement, and maintain configurations, integrations, and workflows within Freshservice

- Ensure proper security, access control, and compliance with company policies and regulations

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users and stakeholders

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within Freshservice

- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Skills Requirements:

- Experience with Freshservice or similar IT service management applications

- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices

- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell

- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in system administration or IT support

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
