About this position: The Application Administrator works in a fast-paced team environment providing top tier application administration and support relative to Northwestern Energy's technology systems. This position requires innovative thinking, analytical aptitude, and business acumen skills. The successful candidate will work in a team environment to design, install, configure and maintain complex application systems. About this job: + Partner with stakeholders to identify problems and develop requirements for solutions + Design, install, configure, administer, enhance and support COTS applications + Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including user management, security roles, and access controls. + Manage and configure Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to meet business requirements. + Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of Dynamics 365 applications and related integrations. + Monitor system usage, performance metrics, and logs to identify and address potential issues proactively. + Support upgrades, updates, and patches to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments + Customize Dynamics 365 modules to align with organizational needs, including creating fields, entities, and views. + Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly. + Document system configurations, processes, and changes for future reference and auditing purposes + Monitor system updates and new features released by Microsoft to identify opportunities for enhancement. + Demonstrate strong analytical skills to evaluate/troubleshoot complex issues + Effectively and efficiently organize, plan, execute and coordinate multiple work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates + Some travel (up to 15% of time) and extended hours may be required + All NorthWestern Energy employees are required to adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics + Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives. + Demonstrates adherence to company safety and security standards Am I right for this job?
