Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity at MSK: Application Analyst II
We are seeking an Application Analyst II to join the Epic Research team! This is an exciting opportunity to join our Epic implementation team and support the Research application. In this role you will support clinical trials operations in Epic including research study record maintenance, clinical documentation, reporting, questionnaires, CTMS integration, study timelines, study calendars and more. You will meet with key team member to meet the business needs for systems configuration and workflow options to help prepare for go-live readiness and on-going optimization.
Role Overview:
Analyze and configure the Epic Research module and associated tools to meet the needs of our healthcare organization by collaborating with business users to understand business processes and gather requirements.Develop test plans to assure the functionality and integrity of systems configurationProvide leadership and technical guidance to identify system deficiencies, analyze problems and solutions to conclude and implement corrective action.Support go-live readiness activities such as training, conversion and day-in-life activities.Provide ongoing support to end-users on Research features and best practices.Stay current on the latest Epic Research updates and best practices.Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to optimize scheduling and registration processesKey Qualifications:
3+ years demonstrated ability in Epic application implementation and supportActive Epic certification in Research and Ambulatory Care preferredAdditional Epic cerification Resolute Hospital Billing and Research Billing is a plusExperience providing support during system changes and process improvementsCore Skills:
