Job DescriptionStrong experience with Microsoft Power AppsProvide software application support and troubleshooting to users and work closely with IT professionals to deliver new user requirements and features of existing applicationsProvide business process support by analyzing and recommending solutions to business processes in order to improve overall business performanceEnsure proper integration and optimization across related systemsUnderstand business process flow and designSuggest areas for business process improvementDevelop solutions to meet new requirementsWork with internal customers and providing timely applications support and troubleshootingAct as liaison between application users and Information Technology professionalsEvaluate practices and processes to ensure applications fit client's needsManage competing requests and track varying stakeholder needsDrive IT related company initiatives and projects to successful completion QualificationsAt least one year of experience with Microsoft Power AppsAt least one year of process improvement experienceBachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or another related science or engineering curriculumStrong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)Ability to focus on the big picture as well as be detail-orientedStrong organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving skillsCapability to learn new software functionality and systemsUnderstanding of business process flow and designAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, working (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM), overtime as needed.
